Having low confidence and self-esteem can get in the way of your ability to move forward and you can feel as if you’re being held back. This can have a major knock-on effect to many areas of your life, impacting your sense of fulfillment, your relationships, your work and family. We can explore together what is happening to undermine your confidence, beginning to recognize patterns that may involve self-criticism and we can consider what the triggers and the origins of these feelings might be.
